The pots arrived at our warehouse on Saturday. Everything looks great. The cream, cobalt, turquoise pots have a very nice, vibrant colour.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the minimum order?
- Our minimum order is 1 x 40’ FCL (approximately 20–22 pallets), with up to 8 different designs per container.
- For product development or sampling, we accept smaller quantities — please contact us with your specific request.
2. Do you provide free samples?
- Yes, samples are free, but they are subject to moulding cost and shipping charges.
- The moulding cost will be refunded upon a volume order of at least 100 sets.
3. What is the shipment lead time?
- Lead time depends on the type of product:
- Cold-cured items (such as polystone or cement)
- Kiln-fired items (such as glazed pottery or terracotta)
- Each category requires a different production process and may be weather-dependent due to natural drying and firing.
- In general, the estimated lead time is approximately 60–90 days from the date of a valid order
4. Are your products frost-proof or weather-resistant?
- Our products are generally weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. However, frost-proofing depends on the material and design:
- High-fired products (such as Atlantis, glazed, and dark-glazed pottery) are typically frost-proof and weather-resistant.
- Terracotta products, fired at lower temperatures, are not frost-proof unless specially treated.
- Other products can be treated based on different environmental or market requirements.
- Please contact us for guidance on the best materials and finishes for your climate or application.
5. Do you produce food-safe products such as culinary items?
- No, our products are intended for decorative use only.
- While they are carefully manufactured and have passed strict chemical content testing — including compliance with TSCA and other relevant USA and EU safety standards — they are not certified for direct food contact.
6. What is your payment terms?
We do accept following payment methods unless being discussed and agreed between both sides in advance
- Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight: L/C opening charge will be at applicant side (Buyer)
